Our office is on the first floor of the Millbrook building located at 475 Half Day Road in Lincolnshire.
The building is on the south side of Half Day Road (Route 22), just a few blocks west of Milwaukee Ave. (Route 21), and across from the Lincolnshire Animal Hospital.
Once you turn onto Millbrook Drive from Half Day Road, the building will be on your left.
Most of the visitor parking is in the front of the building. However, if you need a wheelchair accessible entrance, you can park in one of the accessible parking spaces in the back of the building, either immediately outside of the building or in the covered parking structure.
